Keeping customers from emailing via amazon email platform

Some customers are emailing me via my seller account email. How do I stop this? I'm assuming they are going to my store name?


  • Are these actual Amazon customers or Amazon Review Club customers?
  • I am a reviewer, not a seller, so I can give some insight. Many times sellers especially on here do not respond to the emails that are given to distribute codes. The only way they respond is through their seller account because they watch it meticulously. I would add somewhere in your instructions tot he reviewer to email you only on a specified email and make sure you respond quickly. Just check your email a couple times a day, It really helps us out. Nothing peeves me more than a seller who does not respond for days and then gets mad when you leave a poor review for their customer service.
