I placed an order for a phone case and I have 2 issues and I'm not sure how to do.
The case is no longer available to review, it's completely disappeared from my Review Requests. So this means I just do the review and don't submit the review, correct?
The case is the issue. I only spent a few bucks on it but I'm not happy. It doesn't fit my phone and does not provide any protection. A waste of money. At what point to do ask for your money back? And how do you go about doing this, through Amazon or contact the seller through Amazon?
